We believe that digital solutions have the power to transform not only businesses, but society as a whole. That is why we decided to place our knowledge and technology at the service of the community as well – through donations of our system to organizations that make a difference every day.
Our goal is not to change their work, but to make it easier. When paperwork, archives, and administration become digital and simpler to manage, teams in these organizations gain more time and space to focus on their true purpose: supporting children, helping vulnerable families, preserving memory, or organizing humanitarian initiatives.

SOS Children’s Villages B&H
In SOS Children’s Villages, OWIS was introduced through procedures for receiving, updating, and dispatching official documents, with options for internal distribution, postal delivery, courier service, or e-mail. This has made document processing faster, more transparent, and more secure, with all classifications and reports consolidated within a single system.

Pomozi.ba
Pomozi.ba is one of the largest humanitarian organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, running daily initiatives to support people in need across the country. With the introduction of OWIS, processes for handling incoming mail and invoices have been digitalized, making administration more efficient and transparent, and allowing the team to dedicate more time to field work and humanitarian efforts.
Red Cross of the FB&H
For the Red Cross of the Federation of BiH, OWIS was implemented to digitalize the protocol and the register of incoming invoices. This has significantly accelerated the processing of correspondence and invoices, while ensuring more reliable access and secure electronic storage of documents. The searchable electronic archive also makes it easier to retrieve information and manage documentation on a daily basis.

Heart for Children with Cancer
For the Association “Heart for Children with Cancer,” OWIS has become a key tool in managing records of members and beneficiaries. The system has eased the workload of the professional staff and other departments, especially project managers responsible for donor reporting. The result is improved data visibility and significant time savings, allowing more resources to be directed toward those who need support the most.

Dobro.ba
The DOBRO.BA Association handles thousands of data entries daily, which until recently were managed only through Word and Excel. With OWIS, all of these records are now centralized in one system, accessible to team members at any time. This has simplified access, improved organization, and saved valuable time that can now be dedicated to field work and community support.

The Srebrenica–Potočari Memorial Center plays a vital role in preserving the memory of the genocide victims and developing educational and research programs on remembrance culture. With OWIS, the Center has streamlined the management of incoming mail and invoices, making administrative tasks clearer and more reliable, and ensuring that day-to-day operations support its broader memorial and educational mission.
Four prominent organizations - the Red Cross of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dobro.ba, SOS Children's Villages in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Heart for Children with Cancer Association - have successfully completed the implementation of the OWIS system, a software for digital process and document management, as part of a call for free digitization for non-profit organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, conducted by the company Orka, the manufacturer of the OWIS system.
