OWIS Forum 2025: Digital processes become standard
The OWIS Forum was held in the City Hall in Sarajevo, an annual event that brings together organizations and experts from various sectors in a joint conversation about modern solutions and real experiences from the practice of using the OWIS platform, process and document management systems. This year, the forum attracted more than 200 participants, which speaks volumes about how digitization is becoming a topic that no one can postpone.
The event offered an overview of what processes look like when they are transferred to a digital environment, but also what digitization through OWIS means in the daily work of institutions and companies. The program brought together two key sides of digital transformation: the team building OWIS and the users who test it daily through real processes, challenges and results.
